Christmas parties, team days and leaving dos
The office party, sorted from your phone.
Collect RSVPs and dietary needs on one link, then give everyone a live gallery and a few missions on the night. Mixes the teams up better than a seating plan.
How it gets used
Three ways it helps
RSVPs
Who is coming, who is bringing someone and what they cannot eat, on one link. Download it as a spreadsheet for the venue.
The Photo Hunt
Missions like "a photo with someone from another team" and "the boss on the dance floor". The leaderboard does the rest.
The gallery
Every photo from the night in one place, and one download for the newsletter or the internal channel afterwards.
The Photo Hunt
Missions written for it
A ready-made set to start with. Rewrite any of them, or add your own in-jokes, from your dashboard.

Good to know
Can we have an invoice?
You get a receipt by email when you pay by card. If your finance team needs a proper invoice in the company name, email Jamie with the reference and he will send one.
Can we keep photos private?
Yes. Nothing is public, you can add a password, and photo approval means nothing shows until someone has checked it.
How many staff can it handle?
There is no limit on guests or photos. For several hundred people, or a booth on the night, email Jamie first.
Can we run it again next year?
Each event is its own purchase, so next year is a fresh gallery with its own address and missions.
Planning something bigger?
A photo booth on the night, a work do for a few hundred, or a whole weekend away. Tell Jamie what you have in mind and he will reply with a price.
